Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko has blamed the West for the war in Ukraine, claiming extra escalation will lead to nuclear weapons being primitive.
A shut ally of Russia’s President Vladimir Putin, Lukashenko has previously defended the war.
His country has no longer sent any troops to fight in Ukraine, however protection force co-operation between Russia and Belarus has been on the rise.
